Very upset with the quality of the shower that I waited a week for!! A damaged panel was in the box, I thought I can make it work and not let it get worse before installing unfortunately while installing got broken!! Very poor quality an amount of $1900!!

As always, fantastic experience! Customer service is fantastic. Came in for a replacement part and the employees were knowledgeable. In fact, as I was explaining my situation, another employee was already grabbing the part. We have bought our toilets and faucets from Handyman over the years and have never been disappointed. Do yourself a favor and patronize places like this vs. the big box stores. You don’t get customer service like this anymore. Thank you!

We are completing a kitchen remodel and ordered our sink and faucet from Handyman. While shopping in-store, we received attentive and knowledgeable service from Christopher W. After ordering our items, there turned out to be an issue with the faucet on the manufacturer side of things and were unable to get the item we wanted. When I called the store, I spoke with Kim, who not only tracked down similar items but sent photos and information to me so that I could make a decision on a replacement without having to drive across town to look in person. TL;DR— if you’re looking for home improvement items, THIS is the place to shop! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide EXCELLENT customer service. Will recommend this business to everyone I know. Thanks to Kim and Christopher— you guys are fantastic!
