Tried to call this store with questions before I stopped in to buy, and the woman on the phone was very rude. Went to Braid Queen LA Beauty Supply instead and was met with lovely service.

I walked right out and will never do business with people like this. Not giving discounts to Braider exclusively is terrible. As much hair Braiders buy!! Try asking people for a business card or verify booksey or StyleSeat to verify but to not honor Braiders discounts but you’ll take our money is terrible business. You’d never get money from anyone who respects their dollars.

Omg the owner of the store is absolutely amazing and very helpful. She had a good selection of wigs and hair. Among other beauty supplies that are affordable. I love her customer service! One thing, I dislike is that every single time I come here I struggle to find parking.
