Returned to Harvey’s after several good experiences. This one was not nearly as good. Poor communication about the status of the repairs. Then, told my car would be ready to pick up and so I returned my rental car and showed up to pick up my car but it was not ready andI was told they would need it for another day. So I had to leave without a car, Uber home, and then Uber back the next day, adding onto the costs of having my car repaired here

Worked with Jordan (awesome customer service and great communication) to get my new truck fixed after someone backed into it. Received a reasonable estimate and they got me in the same day and started work - had the truck back in less than a week - during the holiday! It looks perfect and good as new :) I highly recommend Harvey's and will definitely be using them again if needed.

Harvey’s Collision Center provided truly professional customer service from start to finish. The work was done perfectly the first time, and the attention to detail really shows. They were clear, honest, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Harvey’s to anyone looking for quality repairs and great service.

I brought my car in after a really bad crash, and the team at Harvey’s was incredible from start to finish. Even though my car ended up being totaled, they walked me through every step with patience and honesty. They handled the inspection quickly, communicated clearly, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. I hope I never need collision services again, but if I do, Harvey’s will be my first choice. Truly outstanding service!

I have used Harvey's for collision repair on my car two different times now. They finish the work quickly and the quality of the work is really great. The only thing I would say is that the paint finish isn't quite the same as the factory finish, but it's not noticeable at all unless REALLY looking close at it. They always return my car in better shape than it was before (interior cleaned, tires aired up, etc) They work closely with enterprise rental, so it's really easy to get a rental car while waiting for your car to get repaired. Tim worked on my car this last time around and he did an excellent job! Highly recommend this company!
