Can’t say enough good things about this place. Late on a Friday after a parking garage mishap I needed my side view mirror repaired and after calling around this shop was the most promising. I drove right over as they were closing. While the formal repair would require ordering some parts they were amazingly helpful and secured the mirror in a temporary manner such that my car was safe to drive in the interim. After ordering the mirror online as soon as it arrived I called to make an appointment to get it repaired and they accommodated me last minute. We ran into an unexpected wiring issue with the part I had ordered and they were transparent with the pricing and options. Very fair, professional, and efficient. Would absolutely return again if I needed any future repairs.

Had a great experience at Park Cities Auto Care! In the past I’ve been picky about where I take my car and I’m glad I took it here! They were super knowledgeable and got my car done quick and communication was great the whole time. They also ran other diagnostics on my car and let me know other issues that need to he worked on in the future and laid it all out in an easy to use website. Super kind crew they’ve got there. Definitely would come back here when I need my car worked on again in the future.

This was my very first visit and I’ve never had such a pleasant experience. I pulled up and was noticed by an employee immediately. Then I was carefully instructed what to do next. I was even offered refreshments🙌🏾 After my visit I received a detailed breakdown of issues that were found by the mechanic. All I went in for was an oil change. However I like to stay informed about what’s going on with my car so I was pleased to received the information. Customer service was the best I ever received at any shop. Also, they put a sticker in your window to keep you reminded of your next oil change. That’s super helpful and a smooth way to create regular customers.

James & his team are great. I have gotten my car serviced here several times (oil change/electric inspection/bulb replacements) now & my fiancée had his battery replaced here as well. They are very dependable and trustworthy. Anytime there is a concern, they will explain it to you in detail with photos and/or videos. I really appreciate how they have an online appointment system & if needed you can drop your car off at night after hours too. I highly recommend their services!!

Best experience I’ve had getting my car repaired in Dallas. 10/10. The team was communicative and did not price gouge me. They were incredibly efficient as well. Will definitely come back whenever I have car issues.
