I placed an order and received an order confirmation along with an expected delivery date. After that date passed, the delivery date was changed twice, and then eventually disappeared altogether with no update. I received no email communication explaining the delays. I had to call customer service twice just to find out when I could expect my order, which is not acceptable. Communication should not require the customer to chase basic information. I’m glad I only ordered a lamp. I was planning to purchase a Togo sofa as well, but after this experience, I won’t be buying anything else from this shop.

So dissapointed! Been a customer for years and come here to spend money. Awful Christmas ideas and settings and staff all on their phones! Such a shame

Excellent service. We spent several hours with out any pressure. The saleslady (Grace) couldn't have been more helpful with assisting in our choices of several sofas and chairs. Her knowledge, professioanlism and wit made the experience delightful.

We recently received our Heals branded sofa delivery and were disappointed that the filling feels noticeably flatter and less supportive than the showroom model. The delivered sofa (the red one in the photos, cream is an image from their website) feels completely different. You can feel the frame underneath when lying or sitting, and the seat tilts forward with little support. I’ve contacted customer service by email and have now been on hold for over four hours and counting, with the line repeatedly disconnecting. Overall, the product quality and after-sales support have not met the expectations set by the Heal’s brand.

Looks fantastic in store. It's more of a showroom for the online store. It dose not feel like they want to sell you anything. Again, it looks great, there us something just not right about it all. I just ca t put my finger on it.
