This was my first time getting a wax/sugar done ever. Abby was extremely helpful with providing information so I could make the best decision for my body possible. She answered all my questions and made the experience as comfortable as possible for me. I am looking forwards to visiting Hello, sugar again, and I highly Abby recommend to any first timers who are unsure about the experience!

I just had the BEST experience at Hello Sugar, and I have to highlight Victoria because she was absolutely amazing! I’ve had Brazilian waxes at other places, but none of them ever cleaned me up beforehand. Here, it’s actually part of the service — no extra charge — and honestly, that alone already sets them apart. I work really close by, so I walked over and was a little worried about that, but Victoria reassured me it was totally fine. She prepped my skin so well, cleaned me up thoroughly, and talked to me the entire time, making the whole process feel comfortable and easy. The wax itself was incredibly well done — she made sure everything was gone, and she was so sweet and professional throughout. I had read a review saying this was the least painful Brazilian someone had ever had, and I have to agree. It truly was the least painful one I’ve experienced, start to finish. At the end, they even asked about nut allergies before applying a cooling cream, which felt amazing. It’s been about 30 minutes since my appointment, and I have zero pain — just a great experience overall. I’m officially a new loyal client. I’ll definitely keep coming back thanks to their excellent service and especially because of Victoria! Highly recommend.

I didn't know that a wax appointment could feel like this—healing. From the moment I stepped into Victoria's office, I felt calm, seen, and completely taken care of. She was gentle, professional, and yet very efficient. This made the experience that is usually uncomfortable feel empowering. She talked me through the whole process, letting me know what she was doing and why. She even gave me breathing techniques. Now my skin is smooth, my confidence is through the roof, and I walked out feeling like a new person. She is more than an esthetician; she is a magician. Overall, I will give her 11/10
