Terrible! Needed a zipper replaced on my jacket (nothing special) and prepaid $65 for it—this was back in February. My father dropped it off and it was suppose to be done by March 14th. We had been back several times over several months about the jacket only to be told it would be done in a week. I finally received my jacket today, 7 months later!!! Only received weak apologies and no offer of discount or refund. I should have demanded a refund and my jacket months ago, but I wanted to support a black owned business. I will never be back again.

Terrible service. Promised clothes by a certain time for a wedding and gave me their “word.” They are multiple days late with a simple alteration of one jacket. Will not respond to phone calls. Closed during listed business hours on multiple days. Do NOT use this service.

This post is super late lol but these ladies are something serious with needle and thread! I ended up getting pregnant before my wedding date and couldn’t fit my dress anymore, these ladies altered my dress so well that you couldn’t even tell that they had to literally cut it open.Mind you they did all of that just 3 WEEKS before my Big Day:).I have sent a few ppl their way and they ALL have been just as satisfied as me!!! I couldn’t recommend these ladies enough!!!! Thank you ladies again for all that you do!
