Everything at Hot Sauce and Pepper is amazing ! We brought an order of 50 CauliFyah to a superbowl party and the group loved them! We have also had the Fried rice, mac n cheese, french fries. They are all amazing sides to have with the CauliFyah! My wife and I follow the food truck as much as we can. They always choose awesome locations to set up at. Vegan or not the food is delicious !The owners are very nice and put so much love into their food!

*HONEST REVIEW* February 2024 Vegan Social Food Truck (Brunch) The food was absolutely delicious, 100% vegan made with the soul for sure - the reviews about the taste are so true! This place is a food tuck and lists their pop up locations online if you want to check them out! We ordered an entire plate, and three sides at the vegan social. Finger licking good. We first tried the plate with cauliflower (CauliFiya) lobster mac, and greens! It was so good so good, we went back for 3 additional sides. My husband purchased first and then we tried and I went back for the sides. Service was fast, food was somewhat hot and the owners were friendly. The hot wings were very sweet hot wings so if you like sweet then you’ll like the wings (we recommend getting the sauce on the side). So why the 3 star review? Not an accident! The price and portions, the plate pictures about came up to $30 and 3 sides $30+, we tipped generously our total came $75ish. I went back for sides and the containers were not full the lobster Mac 2 orders (one was half the other had maybe 1/3). The woman clearly stated this but the man was like we have enough, that was not cool. The greens were half full and the food was not hot. I didn’t make a big deal about because I loved the food and supporting black owned business, but we gotta do right! I had already paid before my food came out. Recommendations* Customers - Try the lobster mac, get the sauce on the side since many of them are sweet for the cauliflower and “caytfish”. Before you buy ask about portion size and price, then decide. The food was good and def give it a try but do make sure you ask a few questions this will help hold them accountable. To the owners - Thank you for your amazing food! It was delicious to be 💯 fair, ya’ll are doing ya’ll thang!!! List your prices and portion accordingly-really consider your portion sizes and good business practices, the woman clearly said you were out but you gave us small portions which was not right. She even offered to sub in some regular Mac but the man insisted it was enough Lobmac! Was it worth $70+ bucks, it would’ve been if they didn’t short change us on the food. Again, the food was good but please make sure you ask questions. Would we eat there again? Maybe and if we do we will update this review. We believe in seconds chances and they can make this right by doing right thing when it comes to good customer service. We felt we needed to write this review to help others. Again, I repeat the food was so, good, portions 🫤! If you know better please do better!

I was finally lucky enough to be able to catch Hot Sauce N’ Pepper for the first time tonight. I just always got unlucky with timing and location but I got to try their cauliflower wings this evening and man it did not disappoint. The service was stellar, friendly and helpful staff with awesome tunes playing. Thank you all for your hard work and the delicious food. 🫶

These are theeee absolute BEST cauliflower wingz that I have EVER tasted! I highly recommend Hot Sauce 'N Pepper to anyone who likes eating delicious food. Yes, it's vegan...but more than anything, it is AMAZING tasting food...from the cauliflower wingz, to the fried rice, to the lasagna, to the O'Bay fries! Bomb! Bomb! Bomb! Even our meat-eater friends and family rant and rave over how good Hot Sauce 'N Pepper tastes. I recommend them to everyone!

I tried hot sauce and pepper for the first time after my sister raves about how good their CauliFiya tacos were. I stopped at the Vegan Brunch Social, which I believe is held every third Saturday of the month. Anyway, I ordered the caulifiya tacos and they did not disappoint. Ever since I ate these tacos I regretted that I didn’t order more, LOL. The owners are kind and seem to genuinely appreciate the support. I’ll definitely be at their next event to order again!
