My experience booking an appointment was terrible and completely contradicted positive reviews. After multiple unreturned calls, I finally secured an appointment a week later. However, the stylist isn't there when I arrived. They later called back with a fabricated story about a stylist's accident, asking me to return later in a very arrogant way. Their blatant dishonesty makes me question their trustworthiness.

10/10 experience. My hair feels so soft and smooth even after lightening session. Karla was very professional, the studio is clean and they use high end products! Great results and awesome atmosphere highly recommend

Karla is so talented!! I’ve been coming to her for 4-5 years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She makes me feel comfortable and always makes sure I’m happy before I leave her chair. She brings my hair and my confidence back to life everytime!
