My experience with Danielle and the delivery team was “Great”! I went in and she assisted me with a bedroom suite for my father. She took the time to explain everything from bed, dresser, and mattress!! She was knowledgeable and made the process easy!! As far as the delivery team, they took their time in removing furniture from the boxes with care as well as assembling it in my father’s bedroom. They were friendly! Made for an easy delivery! I really enjoyed working with them!! Thank you so much for making my purchase a breeze!!!!! 🤗😀

As a couple, we go in to buy a new furniture set. Two couches + a recliner. All three are within The set that were PAID for at the counter the day we went in to purchase. The older, thicker Salesman told us that we will receive all 3 pieces Before Christmas. Well, the two couches pieces came in within a week. They were also delivered. However, it is now Christmas and there is no recliner. The recliner we were told would be delivered to our home, because we paid for it to be delivered. My Sweetheart called up there early this week, and the lady that answered the phone told her it would be in the week of January 19th or in that day. These are Unacceptable business transactions, and I will be visiting them to let them know that these actions are not of a credible business. Plus, the internet is a Very Powerful resource to use to report this type of unacceptable business behavior. BEWARE… This business is NOT CREDIBLE, and they just tell you what you want to hear to get your signatures on the dotted lines to create sales for the men that are Unacceptable, Unfavorable, & Unethical to the consumer(s)/purchaser(s).

I purchase a set of living room furniture the first of May. When they delivered it the salesman David came along and informed me as they were loading it they discovered three tears in the back of sofa apparently from unpackaging it. This set was on the floor when I purchased it . He told me he had contacted the manufacturer for a new piece to switch out and fix this and it would be here in a month. 6 weeks pass and I call him and was told he would check on it and told me the lady said it was on the way. another month passes and I call again same excuse and answer. Called again no answer left message and he called me and left a message that said its coming from overseas and he assured me it will be here soon. Not once has he ever called me and updated me I always have to call and honestly am getting the run around. Just a heads up beware purchasing from them it's all good when buying but when you need service after the purchase not so much,. I also purchased a warranty on my set can't imagine how that will do if and when I might need it. At this point I am pretty certain I will never get this taken care of and would like a partial refund on a defective sofa that I bought as a new sofa. Just FYI I love my furniture just not the issue with particular problem and all the excuses .Service after the sale sucks here. Here I am 4 months out with nothing to resolve this issue !
