When I sat down for the appointment I was quoted $220 for the paperwork I provided - 4 forms in total. After everything was processed because I made over $X on my W2 the number suddenly jumped to $415. I would have never moved forward with the appointment for that rate had I known upfront. I should have just walked out and am infuriated that I let myself just follow through given the tax prep work was completed. I would never return after this completely dishonest business practice.

It was my first time ever getting my taxes done by a pro and i had a great experience. Dolores M is great! You feel comfortable the entire time. She helped me get a refund and was incredibly helpful explaining and answering all my questions. I would recommend Dolores and this location! Everyone seemed friendly. Very worth it!

Awful, don’t go to Leelawatty Ramjattan. She was extremely unprofessional and was shit talking her previous clients the entire time. She didn’t quote me for the return until she finished with it so I had to go through with it. She didn’t explain any step of the process.
