Very bad experience with John this year - mid March’19, he asked that I file for an extension to give him more time to file my returns. I agreed and then he went silent till June’19, not responding to my emails, phone calls or texts, only to be told 2 days ago that he is unable to file my returns! Extremely unprofessional of him to do that - i’d rather you tell me upfront that this is beyond your expertise than keep me waiting in limbo. You increase your fees but fall short in customer service delivery... Will never go back.

John is great. He has helped me to save a lot of money on my taxes. He also gives great advice for everything. He helped my husband out with his small business and has helped me transition my finances from different jobs (taxes done differently so he gave me sound advice). I have been going to John for a couple of years now. He is much better than the place I went to in NYC AND he reviewed my previous tax years and helped with those.
