My husband has ordered flowers from here for my birthday for the past couple years and I have to say…I’m VERY disappointed in this arrangement. There are wilted flowers (total of 3 but two were wilted when they were delivered to me yesterday and I plucked one of them out). For $122 I would expect a little more. Husband called as soon as they were delivered yesterday and was told to write an email but he has yet to hear anything back.

Ordered the trick or treat bouquet and was missing alot of flowers from the pictures online (example the picture showed 3 sunflowers and I received 2 amongst other missing things). However, one of the sunflowers was already wilted upon delivery and was completely dead inside 24 hours. The 2nd sunflower is also dead after 4 days. I reached out to the Imperial team via Facebook messenger and didn’t get a response.

I ordered from Texas, went based off Reviews and amount of good ones, and I’m not disappointed. They look amazing! I’ve gotten FaceTimes, several times, and my recipient is still 😍 eyed over this arrangement. Requested delivery before midday if possible, and they arrived at 11:00am. Will definitely be my go to anytime I send flowers to Lexington, KY.

Fantastic service! Real deal brick and mortar location in Lexington. Arrangement arrived looking exactly like advertised. Even got a call because I accidently added items I did not need and they were courteous enough to confirm and make the correction for me. 10/10 recommend!
