Import Auto Clinic has always taken great care of my vehicles. They are very thorough and honest about what needs to be done and even take pictures of all the issues and completed work. If your looking for a place you can trust to take care of your vehicle you should give them a try

Import Auto Clinic was amazing. Tim (and Lisa) were so helpful- we brought our older car in for a 2nd opinion and Tim was very professional and thorough with the diagnosis and confirmed the previous findings- gave us sound advise to proceed. They also did extra work on our vehicle to make sure it left better than when it arrived. All our cars will be going to Import Auto Clinic. (Happy the dog is adorable!)

My Audi Q5 gave me an error code over the weekend. After doing an online search, it pointed to a battery problem. I have friends that use this shop and highly recommend it. I took it in on Monday morning and met with Tim. He was very friendly and attentive to my concerns. We spoke again a few hours later after the car’s inspection and he confirmed the battery was the issue. The repair was completed in a timely manner. Tim did not try to oversell anything and actually mentioned a service the Audi dealer recommended months ago was really not a major concern. I’ll be going back for future maintenance and repair issues.

I have been going to this service provider for a couple of years now and they have performed above my expectations. I use to go to a dealership for my service and my experience was good (except for the original dealership where I got my discovery) but they are extremely pricey. Dealership also don’t anticipate potential issues in the future to save you money. For example, I had an issue where the replacement part is cheap but the labor cost to access that part is a little pricey. So, one of the supervisors (Tim) asked for my permission to replace any potential parts that are candidate for future work so the add on cost will simply be the cost of the parts. After that event, my next visit was simply for a routine oil change. In addition, any issues I see after I had my service done has been addressed at no additional cost, provided it is within the scope of their service. Their anticipation of future issues and how to save you money is a big factor for me, and insuring the quality of their work makes them my go to service provider for my cars.

The crew at Import Auto Clinic are the best! Tim is extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. They do not try to "sell" you on unnecessary repairs or parts and are fair on pricing. I bring all of my vehicles here and will continue to be a part of the Import Auto Clinic family. Outstanding business!!
