I was given a very detailed report on the vehicle along with estimates of what the repairs would cost. They saved me from buying a 9K car that still needed 5K in immediate repairs! I’ve been taking my 2018 Jaguar XE Diesel to Import Auto Clinic for a couple of years now, and they have consistently provided excellent service. It’s not easy finding a trustworthy shop that understands European vehicles, especially diesel cars, but their team has always been knowledgeable, professional, and honest. They take the time to explain what the car needs and never try to push unnecessary work. Their pricing has always been fair and transparent, which is something I really appreciate. What really stands out is how friendly and helpful everyone is, especially Tim. They’re always willing to answer questions, give advice, detailed 86 point inspection checklist, and make sure the customer feels comfortable with the work being done. Auto Import Clinic is amazing and awesome. Most of all they are honest, trustworthy and their word is “good as gold.” They are efficient, timely and thorough. I can’t say enough good things about them especially since I am a single, older woman and need an auto shop I can totally trust.
