I love this store. I have been shopping here for years now. I like the wide variety of products, easy parking but most of all it is the staff that deserve a "shout out". Everyone is friendly and very helpful. We know each other by name now and it has a family feel. Thanks Sarah, Jill, Phoebe....and there are others I'm forgetting - you guys are great.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. Incredible Pet's sales (I think they are quarterly) allow us to save on dog kibble, wet cat food, treats and much more. They even keep track of our dog kibble purchases to let us know when we are eligible for a free bag. It's a great place.
We are so grateful to have this store near our home. We especially love the idea of Sunday afternoon Veterinary services which are reasonably priced & efficient. The Vet & Vet techs are efficient & friendly & the services provided prevent the hassle of making appts at regular Vet clinics & paying much higher prices. Their selection of pet products is amazing & the great staff is knowledgeable & friendly. I also love that dog treats can be purchased in bulk by the pound so you can try different ones before committing to buying a whole bag or box that your pet may not like.
Staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful always taking the time to greet Lucky and me. If I have questions about a new ir existing product I leave with an answer. It would be difficult to ask for more.
Awesome time! Staff were kind and the store was tidy and calm. We brought two dogs for their first bath. The dogs somewhat tolerate bath time, so this raised tub and blow dryer helped us get it done faster. (Doggo was very happy it was over and feeling fluffy on the drive home).It was reasonably priced including 30 mins tub, dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and towels. They were also using some contributions through this weekend to donate to a nonprofit ❤️ Great local pet shop with sweet staff. We also picked up a soft new harness.
