We've worked with Indigo for 3 years on our company's signature event (an event we host for healthy system c-suite staff) and we will work with them again in years to come. Our event changes venues in the city every year, and they always are absolute pros at making production work in some of these quirky NYC spaces. They are great partners in planning in the lead up to the event, are prompt, friendly, and flexible on the ground, and that level of service extends to post-production as well. At this point they just feel like part of the team for this event and we are glad to have them in our corner!

Working with the Indigo team was a 10/10 experience. We are a VC firm with a very high bar, and the event we were running was complex — two different programmed portions in the same day, each with distinct production needs. Ryan and Max were wonderful to work with, answering every question with clarity and detail, which was especially helpful for me as I was stepping into full conference productions for the first time. Execution on the day of was seamless — everything was configured perfectly, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
