Twice now, we have brought our pets in for care at the appointment time provided to us and have been told that we arrived late. On both occasions, we had confirmation emails from the clinic’s scheduling system showing the correct appointment time, yet we were told those confirmations were incorrect and that a different time had been communicated via text. These incidents occurred months apart, which suggests this is a known, recurring issue rather than a one-off error. Despite having ample time to resolve the discrepancy between their systems, the responsibility has been placed on clients instead. That is frustrating and unacceptable, particularly when it affects access to scheduled veterinary care.

Hard to tell what is necessary and what is a cash grab. They routinely offered the most expensive medications and treatments for my dog even when totally unnecessary and he was completely healthy. They are very friendly and prompt, but the friendliness is a bit offputting when it seems money is what they want.

We love the team at Inman Park! They take such good care of our younger and much older dogs. They often accept last minute appointments and always find a way to accommodate us when there's an urgent issue. Communication is very good. Highly recommend!

Every single person at Inman Park treats our girl Lucy as if she’s their own. I really wish I could give a shout-out to everyone, but Dr. Biddlecome and her team did an AMAZING job at removing a number of concerning growths and put us at ease through Lucy’s entire recovery. She is now healthy, happy and (currently) snoozing at my feet because of the incredible work of everyone at Inman Park. Thank you!! 😊

Our old vet was doing an awful job for months with our aging Cat and we needed to pull out of their clinic- we tried to find a vet who could take us in the middle of an on-going health emergency mystery. I’m SO glad we went with Inman Park- they approached my cat’s case with so much care and thought and even would take time to call specialists to get multiple experts opinions. They have been SO good with us. My elderly cat is doing so much better and Inman Park has helped alleviate his symptoms since we started taking him here. Bedside manner is A+. I wish we started going here months ago.
