I had an awesome experience in huge part to Linda. She helped irrigate my ears and was so kind and gentle (ear irrigating can be pretty painful!). I haven't had anyone take the full time to walk through each step and check in consistently. Thank you for helping me hear again!
I visited this InstaCare today and had one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The physician I saw was kind, patient, and made sure I received everything I needed, but I especially want to highlight the medical assistant, Linda B. From the moment she walked in, Linda made me feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. I suffer from high anxiety, especially in medical situations, and she took the time to talk me through every step, explain what was happening, and help calm me down. She related to me on a personal level, treated me with kindness, and made me feel comfortable during a moment that normally would be extremely stressful for me. As someone in the LGBTQ+ community, it meant so much that I felt fully included and never once judged. Linda was respectful, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring. People like her are rare in healthcare—she has the perfect balance of professionalism, empathy, and humanity. Whoever reads this, please know: Linda B. deserves recognition, praise, and every positive opportunity that comes her way. She made a genuinely meaningful difference in my day, and I’m very grateful for her care. Thank you to the whole team, but especially to Linda, for going above and beyond.
I visited this Instacare last night and the experience was really disappointing. While I was in the waiting room, another patient came in with a visibly bleeding hand and was clearly in a lot of pain. The front desk staff, one woman with glasses and white hair told her coworker that she “knows” when someone is hurt enough to be seen right away and decided he wasn’t, even though he was clearly struggling. They made him sit and wait while he was in obvious pain. When he was finally taken back, the nurse, Savannah asked him to wheel himself in the wheelchair even though his injury made that impossible. She then told the person who brought him to push him instead. Later, another staff member pushed him back into the waiting room, and he was left to walk out on his own. It just felt very careless and unprofessional. When the patient asked the front desk if he needed to sign anything after being told to go to the ER, the staff dismissed him without much explanation. Overall, the whole situation looked poorly handled and lacking basic compassion. It made me really question the quality of care and the attitude of the staff working that night.
I like the doctor there he was very thorough and straightforward, however the nursing staff was not. There was about 10 of them standing around either on their phones or chit chatting. While I waited hours to get seen and then even longer to get the test done I needed. I told them 3 times which pharmacy to call my prescription into and they still called it I told the wrong one. Very unprofessional, I would be written up for that kind of behavior at my blue collar job.
They did everything they could and more to make me feel comfortable when I came in for pain. I don’t remember all the names but all of the staff I spoke to was kind to me. They referred me to where I need to go for my issues and Ashlynn Martinez was the doctor I saw. She was very kind and gave me all the care I asked for and would expect as a patient!
