I had a wonderful experience at Iris Gallerie in Quebec City! Caleb worked with me and he was a pleasure, very knowledgeable and so patient, from my walking in to learn what they did exactly, to ultimately purchasing this amazing piece of art - I included my children’s irises and mine - so personal and unique! (Caleb’s patience is notable to me as I was truly shocked, as someone who has identified as green eyed throughout my life to find out they aren’t, there’s no such thing - they’re actually blue and yellow! He was my therapist for an hour as I worked through this information, lol! ). Highly recommend visiting to see the process and maybe add something to your art collection. Worth your time!

We received a wrong design, something that we never approved and when I contacted the store and customer service they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I provided all necessary proof but they insisted it wasn’t their fault and offered no refund, replacement or real help. In the design we approved my husband eyes showed his unique marks on it, the design we received doesn’t show these marks. Clearly they are different. This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, we shouldn’t have to pay for an error they made. I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing.
