I’m a long time customer of ITan. I’ve had outstanding service over the years. The staff are professional and fun. I’ve seen many changes from promotions to new staff. What stays consistent is the quality and service ITan Hillcrest staff provide. If you are looking for superior service with a smile and a great tan, then ITan is the place to go!

No stars horrible experience and terrible results however I have been going to San Marcos now better customer service and we shall see if I get desired results so far looking good this photo is after a couple of tanning sessions in San Marcos

The staff is extremely friendly & accommodating. Everything ia very clean and you will feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this business.

This the best iTan location. A good selection of services. Everything is always kept clean and well maintained. Most of all the staff at this location are incredibly friendly and helpful. This customer service here is amazing! Maddie, Savannah, and Audrey make it a great experience. If you want to join iTan, I’d definitely recommend the Hillcrest location. (One note: sometimes the parking situation can really suck)
