I have done my taxes with them last year and this year. Both times I've gone were exceptional. Very helpful and knowledgeable about everything there is need to know with taxes and the IRS. I plan on going to them again next year. Absolutely love them so much... I don't think so far that I'm ever going anywhere else again for my taxes.

Madlyne Scott was my tax professional today. She was AWESOME. Wonderful to deal with as a human being, and also very knowledgeable as to how to figure my taxes. I will be going back to Jackson Hewitt in the Walmart next year, and I really hope she is still there working! I was in and out of there in record time. I can’t speak highly enough of the experience I had today.

My experience filling my taxes this year was very easy. It was my first time using Jackson Hewitt Tax service, so I didn't know what I was getting into. Madelyn Scott she explained everything to me I a very detail manor. If she still stays with the company I will definitely have her fill my taxes again. 5 stars 🌟 for me
