They totally transformed our 100 year old Hancock Park home with both interior and exterior paint, as well as repair work on walls and vintage molding. Jacob Brothers Painting recently painted my two story Spanish style home. From the start, they were extremely professional and I received a bid very quickly. Follow up and communication was consistently excellent. When the job started the crew was friendly and worked very hard in very hot weather. I was impressed with how meticulous they were, and they repaired, patched and painted areas that I didn't even realize they would address. I feel that they went above and beyond. The end result is beautiful - the best the house has looked in many, many years. I felt that their price was fair for the amount of work and the time they took to make sure everything was perfect. I am extremely happy that I hired Jacob Brothers to paint my house!
I truly cannot express how happy we are with the job that Jacob Brothers' Painting did on our house! We have wanted to make the bold change from light beige to dark grey for years and after consulting with Aris, he assured us that we had enough white trim to pull off the look. It was a pretty big job because our dogs had chewed a lot of the wood siding and door frames, there was a lot of stucco repair needed, and there were vines covering one whole side of the house and part of the shed but this crew still got the job done in 7.5 days. They were so precise and clean and their attention to detail was next level! They took the time to do so many little extra things that we never even asked to be done. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. We had four different companies come out and give quotes before we decided on Jacob Brothers'. Those quotes ranged from $5,500 to $24,000 and they fell in the middle, actually closer to the low end than the high (that high end was an outlier for sure!). There were no hidden costs either. The job was exactly as quoted. I can't post this review without giving props to his crew. Ari's guys are the sweetest men ever! They were always on time (actually always early!), so polite, and so thoughtful. They brought their own little microwave and had afternoon tea everyday in the backyard. LOVE THEM! I HIGHLY recommend Jacob Brother's Painting. They did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house and garage. Aris' communication and follow up were great. The crew arrived on time everyday - they were quiet, well organized and very tidy. After they painted half my house, I had a color freak out (all my fault - too dark - oops) and Aris helped me choose a new color and charged a very fair rate for the extra day of work it was going to take to apply the new color. The team paid close attention to the details on my old 1924 house and did an excellent job in making small repairs and ensuring the job was done right. They used roller and brushes, not spray paint, and the final outcome was perfection. The price was incredibly competitive (even with my repaint charge) and I am so happy that I went with Jacob Brother Painting. I would absolutely use Jacob Bother's again and high encourage others to do the same! I've include before (ugly brown) and after (pretty blue) images. Thank you Aris and team!
