I visited this place to resize my ring, which has a twist shaped band and features an Iraqi quartz stone, a rarity in this country. Despite its complexity, they successfully resized it three sizes smaller with no visible signs of alteration. The band looks exactly the same and fits perfectly on my finger. Booking a consultation appointment is necessary, and you'll need to drop off your jewellery. I scheduled mine on the same day. The lady who assisted me was lovely, explaining the process thoroughly. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of their work. I have to leave this review because some of the previous reviews seemed biased and extremely harsh.

Not only lacking to read my email of what exactly I needed done. But leaving out important repairs to a small item that needed small adjustments. This took 5 months !! to finish when it’s a job not more than a week. I was billed way out of this world a whooping £500 for a piece of jewelry that sells for £200. Stay away. Save your money and the hassle. Sadly that I not found an amazing place where they do custom made rings around the corner from them. VERY reasonably priced and they could assist me easily with my repair.

I bought a bracelet for £100 in Venice, which unfortunately snapped before I got it home so I googled repair shops near me, I found Jewellery Repairs London and took it in to them to repair it. Initially I had a good first impression, the man who served me was very polite and chatty and told me he would have his technician take a look and they would contact me with a quote. I got the quote - £60 - a few days later and told them I was happy for them to go ahead with the repair. When I went to collect the bracelet I was in a hurry, on my way to a hospital appointment, so I didn't stop to open the envelope when they handed it to me - I just transferred the total and headed off to the hospital. On my way there I opened it up and realised that the clasp of the bracelet was now broken in two places, both of which were functioning perfectly before I left the bracelet with them. I called them and left a message to let them know that I had noticed it was broken and would return to the store the following day for them to repair it again, however, I received a voicemail saying that the store was going to be closed for the following two weeks. I returned to the store today to speak to them about my, still broken, bracelet. I informed the lady at reception what had happened and she brushed it off, saying she could fix it right away. She took the bracelet away and returned less than a minute later with the clasp still broken. I told her again that it was still broken and this is when her attitude changed. She became very aggressive and cut me off whenever I tried to speak, telling me that I had clearly broken it myself because her father would never have touched the clasp, and that I had to leave the premises immediately because they would, not only, not repair the bracelet that they had broken, but they also would not issue me with a refund. I have now paid £160 for a broken bracelet that I cannot wear, as well as having been attacked on my lunch break from work. DO NOT trust this repair shop with your jewellery.
