I have been off-put by several mechanic shops. I called ahead of time and the gentleman was forthright with pricing and time of possible service as they were slightly busy. Gabriel I think is the manager, checked me in , explained everything, and proceeded to introduce me to Josh. It was overall a pleasant experience.

They were unprofessional and entered an incorrect VIN number on the inspection form, which resulted in a two-day delay and inconvenience for me. The inspector, Luis, was the inspector, and I strongly recommend that anyone receiving services there carefully verify all information before leaving, rather than relying solely on their judgment or accuracy.

Staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and took time to explain plus gave me an extra discount. I highly recommend jiffy lube on Marconi Ave. absolutely the best customer service I’ve had at the other jiffy lube locations. I will only go to Marconi location plus highly recommend to my family, friends and others looking for recommendations.

It’s pouring rain and a young man comes out with an umbrella to walk me inside. After setting up my service with another young man a different young man comes inside to let me know of a company coupon discount I can use and would like to offer it to me to reduce the cost I originally agreed to. We discussed the differences between the full synthetic and partial synthetic oils. Once I understood my options I agreed to the discount for the better oil. Once my service was completed, in a timely fashion, another young man comes to escort me to my car and makes sure to announce a customer is in the area. I believe it was for my safety and to make sure everyone was paying attention to their surroundings. The amount of kind words and thank you I received during my service were genuine and sincere. I haven’t received this type of appreciation for my patronage in a long time. This place is now my go to for all my oil changes. Below are the employees listed on my receipt.
