We called just 30min before they closed on a Friday. They couldn't get out to us until after we headed out of town and we couldn't get the stabilizers up to leave. Highly stressful situation. Especially since my mom died this morning. Stressful until we called J&M, that is! Joe went out of his way to help my husband over the phone. Even that close to close and before the weekend. Joe walked my husband through many tries to get it working. This whole stressful mess was concluded with my husband getting the stabilizers up! Now we can head out to get home for our kids after losing their grandma. J&M, and Joe, got us going again and charged us NOTHING. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We will use J&M for all our repair needs from here on.

We had a power outage in our travel van while camping at Pinnacles. It's the start of a 3 week road trip. The automotive side was fine but our lithium batteries wouldn't turn on so all of our components (including our fridge) wouldn't work. We called J&M first thing in the morning and they said to bring it in. They started working on it immediately upon arrival. Found the issue pretty quick, went and picked up the necessary parts, and had us back on the road in just a few hours. They were very kind, kept us informed of the progress, and the cost was very reasonable (less than expected). I highly recommend their services. Thank you for the great service Martin!

What a great place to work with, prompt, do what they say and did a great job! We have a condo on a semi truck that has a regular rv roof ac. When we called some rv places to get it checked out for repair or replacement, we were told they would not work on it because it was not or a regular rv. Called J&M, made a an appointment and they checked it out, ordered the replacement and had it installed the next day. No hassle, when all was said an done the ac worked perfectly. For rv repair they are great!

Let me tell you -Joe and Maria are the best!! I am a first time client whose RV broke down at Casa de Fruta. I was a nervous wreck as this was my first time getting stranded. Many people at the campground and other friends who live near by swore they were the place to go if you want honest, dependable and good service! They were all right!!! They took excellent care of me and my RV. They communicated every step of the way, we're knowledgeable in every aspect of rv life, and their customer service exceeded my expectation. Honestly , they made me feel like family and not a transaction. Thank you J&M and your crew!

Joe and his crew got our cargo trailer brakes fixed quickly and got us back on the road. They were real heroes to the three high school color guard teams that were depending on getting that trailer to L.A. for their championship. The kids are so grateful! Thank you J&M for all your help!!
