Since entering the store, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me customize the chocolate box with great patience. The chocolates taste really good, for me it's worth the price. They have boxes already arranged or you can customize yours, with chocolates starting from $3.50. A good gift or a treat for yourself. I'll definitely come back to this store.

While the chocolates may be good, the customer experience is horrible. Order tracking is non existent. The customer service line goes to voicemail, emails are unanswered. They went from my favorite to a company I would NEVER do business with.

There is definitely quality and freshness found here. Although a single chocolate will begin at a price of $3.50. so it's all pricey. But the flavor and quality are there. I am a huge classic dark chocolate fan. I can compare the dark chocolate to the truffles you find @sees candy. Unfortunately didn't try anything else but it all looks very good. Great customer service. The gal who helped me went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Even tho I knew I was only going to get a dark chocolate she still answerd any questions and provided me with a great service. I do wish they would label how much cacao is in the individually sold truffles.

Do you need a special treat? Do you love chocolate especially made fresh and not sitting in a box for months? Stop by JOHN KELLY CHOCOLATES and buy a few pieces or a box of chocolates for yourself or someone you love. Sure you can buy his chocolates at Neiman Marcus or Whole Foods. But this is the mothership where everything is made! This is the little store they have next door. I love the dark chocolate walnut clusters 💗 Spoil yourself and stop by..... You'll be glad you did ☀️
