Fantastic work done at J’s Mobile Auto Repair. Brought my truck by for some minor electric repairs and they had me drop-off the following morning, and the truck was done before lunch! Skip the dealership and go here instead. Johnathan and Justin are responsive, friendly, and work fast—I got my car in on the same day for a window mechanism repair. They also provide shuttle services as needed. I highly recommend J's Mobile Auto Repair and I will bring my vehicle here again.
Excellent shop!!! I had a major issue with my truck, and both Jonathan and Jesse communicated the price and expected completion time. I found their place by sheer luck, but I am more than pleased with the results!! Truck is running great, and both brothers gave me tips to extend the life of my work truck. When the need arises, I will be back!!
I first met Johnathan from Offer-Up when I bought some wheels from him for my 2003 Jetta. There were some issues with the sizing but he went out of his way to find some wheels that fit securely on my car. He came off as a very honest guy so when that car needed some major repairs I brought it to him and Jesse. They did a PHENOMENAL job at diagnosing the issue and fixing it well and quickly. My car hasn't run this smooth since I got it! They also don't cut corners. Their goal is to keep you from having to come back, so they do not compromise on the jobs they do. They only recommended things I needed and really helped me understand what was going on with my car. If you're looking for an honest shop that does quality work at a competitive price, look no further. If anyone asks me to point them in the direction of a mechanic, I'm sending them to Johnathan and Jesse at J's Mobile Auto Repair!
My car broke down on the freeway and I was able to have it towed to the shop with no problem. He even gave me his personal tow truck recommendation. As soon as I got there they went straight to giving me a quote on the work that needed to be done at a fair price, very friendly and professional! I also needed two tires so he went ahead and got those for me as well at a fair price and added it to my charges, car was ready same day. There is an office you can sit and wait, it’s also very close to downtown area with restaurants walking distance. I will be returning for more work done on my car, this shop was very easy to communicate with and kept me informed the entire time.
