Picked up my vehicle with a rear headrest missing. Management lied and claimed it was never there. Parts don’t just disappear. This shop returned my car incomplete and refused to take responsibility. Completely untrustworthy—avoid at all costs.

Fix Auto City Center will be my go-to place in Bakersfield going forward! Someone ran into my vehicle, and I was able to get a same day quote online which made planning the repair as seamless as possible. They not only honored the quote when they reviewed the damage in person, but the quote was better than the two other quotes I obtained in Bakersfield, and they were very comfortable working directly with the counterparty for payments. From there, Fix Auto did an outstanding job of restoring my vehicle and did it in less time that they originally estimated (all while communicating with me). Perfect customer experience overall and I cannot recommend Fix Auto City Center highly enough!

I brought my car in on a Monday and my car was ready for pick up by Friday a week earlier than anticipated! I was pleased to see my car restored like nothing ever happened!
