Jungle and Loom is hands-down one of the best plant shops I’ve ever come across. I’ve purchased everything from beautiful, healthy plants to high-quality soil and stylish pots—and every experience has been fantastic. The customer service is truly next-level. The owner is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about helping others succeed with their plant care. Her social media is a goldmine of tips, tutorials, and plant inspiration, and she’s always available to answer questions or troubleshoot issues. What really sets Jungle and Loom apart is the level of care and accountability. On the rare occasion there’s been a mix-up, she has gone above and beyond to make it right, showing a real understanding of how to build lasting trust with fellow plant lovers. I absolutely love this cute little plant store inside DC Union Market! They have a fantastic variety of potted plants to choose from, as well as books, candles, cards, and other charming knickknacks. The store itself is spacious and inviting, making it such a pleasant place to browse. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer advice or answer questions. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, it's definitely worth it for the convenience and quality. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Such a lovely place. Interesting selection & really reasonable prices. So knowledgeable. And a serene, beautiful atmosphere. I’ve gotten three really healthy plants here plus home gifts. Highly recommend!

This store is super cute and the owner is so helpful, even ages after purchasing. I got a GORGEOUS >5 foot tall burgundy ficus in 2021 and more than a year later I reached out to the owner for advice on repotting and soil choice. Great advice, I picked up some of the fertilizer they sell (local company that recycles coffee grinds from DC shops), and my ficus pushed out a TON of new leaves. 🌱💚
