Enjoyed a relaxing morning here.Session began with a guided relaxation/breathing exercise followed by a short Buddhist prayer. An interesting talk on a new way of looking at things/Buddhist philosophy...patient acceptance.Left with much food for thought. Warm, welcoming spot with a small shop stocking books and gifts. Great way to spend a Thursday morning. Parking outside and about a 5 minute walk to the cathedral quarter. Thankyou.
