Bought bed set, paid upfront. Bed was delivered on time and looks great. The rest of the set did not arrive, no updates given. When following up with Kanes they said they could not give an estimate of when it would arrive. When following up again found out the order was canceled without authorization and no confirmation sent about it. If we hadn’t of continued to call we would still be waiting on furniture that is never coming. Overall terrible job communicating and solving stocking issues

From the time I walked in the door, Brayan Cruz greeted me, and was very professional, personable, and polite. He listened attentively to what I was looking for, and he presented it perfectly. He took the time explaining the workings of the chair I wanted for my mother in law, and let me know there was also a mattress sale, without being pushy, which quickly turns me off. He respected that. It was a great, stress-free experience for my first time as a customer at Kane’s! God bless!

I had a wonderful experience at Kanes furniture. I have been shopping for a new couch for several months and have been in the store before. My first encounter with Jorge was remarkable. He was knowledgeable of the inventory and took the time to listen to what I needed and even give me design advice. He was patient and not a pushy salesman at all. When I was finally to make ready to make my purchase, I came back to see Jorge and was greeted with the same professionalism as my first visit. I highly recommending Jorge at Kane's furniture in Tampa.

On August 18th, I bought a bed set and Raúl Triguero sold it to me. I gave them a week's notice since I was moving in on August 29th, so I set the 30th as the delivery date. Raúl told me that the dresser and nightstand would arrive on the 30th, but that the bed would take a week, arriving on September 7th, so we agreed to sleep on the floor for a week. September 7th arrived, and no one had called us about the delivery, so we decided to call ourselves. That same day, they told us that the bed wouldn't arrive on the 7th, that it would arrive at the warehouse on the 23rd, and that it would take a few more days to make the delivery. We asked if anything could be done about it, and they told us no. On the 24th Raul contacts us and tells us that the bed was going to arrive on Friday the 26th from 12:30 to 3:30 so I had to make an appointment at work since I asked Raul to change the date to Saturday and he told me that if I changed it the date would be delayed another week. Friday arrives and at 5:30, 2 hours later than expected, the bed arrives and when they take it up to the apartment they realize that it had damaged parts, so they tell me that they are going to schedule the delivery for the next day (Saturday). At that time I called Raul and again he told me that they could not do anything about it and I asked to speak to the manager but he never wanted to put me through to him. Saturday arrives and 15 minutes before delivery I receive a message letting me know but I realize that they changed the address for my mom's house, it was my dad who gave them the correct address. The bed finally arrived at 3:30 and had some dirty parts. The service was terrible. They never called us to notify us of the change of date. They didn't check on the delivery day to make sure the parts weren't damaged. They arrived late. I had to miss work that day, and they wouldn't let me choose the delivery date. The next day, it arrived at the wrong address. I demanded compensation for everything that happened, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I should call the company. When I called them, they forwarded my call to the store. In short, no one took responsibility for the unpleasant experience, the poor service, and the month we've been sleeping on the floor.

We visited three different furniture retailers in the Tampa area, and Kane Furniture stood out by a mile! From the moment we walked in, Junior and Jorge made us feel welcome. They were patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy—even though it was clearly a big sale. We went through several rounds around the store, exploring different styles and options, and they stuck with us every step of the way to make sure we found exactly what we needed. The selection was fantastic, the prices were very competitive, and the customer service was beyond excellent. It’s rare to find a team so genuinely committed to helping you create a home you’ll love.
