Kat as a yoga teacher is very knowledgeable, and it is clear that she has years of experience behind her, but what stood out to me the most about her and her class was that I felt very comfortable. That is the biggest advantage, her cheerfulness and approachability!
Kat is fantastic yoga teacher: super personable and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed and comfortable in her class. Her instructions were clear and with options for different variations. If you join her outdoor class you will also enjoy some sweets in the end for doing all the planks! Couldn't recommend her as your teacher more!
I attended a private Yoga session with a group of friends and it was an amazing experience. Kat considered all of our needs and came up with a fantastic session for all of us. We had so much fun and Kat being a funny person made it 10x more fun. I'll definitely be attending more sessions in the future.

I have been coming to Kat's Gentle Flow yoga class for a few years now and she has created a wonderfully friendly and inclusive group where, although she challenges us and pushes us in our yoga practice, it's always done with laughter and jokes and we all feel that it's a safe space where no matter our abilities or physical challenges, we can feel comfortable and enjoy our yoga together. In addition she's keen to build a community by having extra things like the yoga brunch club and sound bath sessions. I've also had a few private classes with Kat and these have been great too. She's always kind and encouraging and very happy to tailor the session to any aspects that I've been concerned about. She takes time to explain and demonstrate everything and gives excellent advice on developing further. Of all the yoga classes and studios I've tried in the past Karma Yoga is definitely the best.
