I called and had a very professional and hassle free experience. The price I was given on the phone is the one I paid when the vehicle was dropped off at the service shop. The driver Juan was very professional and careful with the vehicle from the time called to confirm eta up to final drop off. I have definitely saved their number on my contacts and will call them again if I’m in need of a tow truck again. 10/10
As cars sometimes do, I had a breakdown yesterday….twice. Yeah, it was one of those days. I called KB Towing and they were on-site to pick up my truck in 30 minutes. Juan was courteous and very helpful. Then, my truck broke down again that afternoon. Called KB and they were happy to tow my truck to local auto shop I use 60 miles away! Adam and his team are great! Reasonable prices too.
Was having a rough day and just to make matters worse, I locked myself out of my car during my lunch break.. but then here comes KB Towing to save the day. I called and the driver arrived quickly, opened my car super fast, and I was able to go back to work on time! Customer service was great and driver was very professional. Affordable too! Thank you KB for giving me a little bit of sun during my rainy day. Def recommend. 🙌🏼
