I recently called this office and left a message requesting general information about a situation that I am involved and wanted to get a greater understanding of my options. I received a text back asking for additional information about what I was needing. After answering that text I received a phone call and was assisted in a way that could only be described as exemplary. There was nothing in it for this agent, but she still took the time to explain and advise me. I can tell from my brief experience that this is an office that provides a top notch service. Thank you again and I appreciate your time and wisdom.

I worked with Kevin and Nini and their team to sell my home in the Outer Richmond just a few weeks ago. They went above and beyond in marketing the home, we sold over listing, and I made a profit on my extensive and expensive renovations. With everything going on with finishing the renovations, moving, and a number of other things, the last thing I had to worry about was selling the house because I wholeheartedly could trust that they would take care of it. And the whole team is amazing to work with. Because they utilized virtual staging, we were able to get it in a magazine early and start marketing early before it was ready for viewing.

I’ve known Kevin Gueco since 2012 when I bought my first property in San Francisco. Even though he was not my agent, he was very professional and gracious enough to provide some great advice. His knowledge of the real estate market and future outlook was spot on. The first encounter made a lasting impression.Fast forward eight years, after interviewing several real estate agents to help us sell our property we made the decision to work Kevin and his team. We were glad to have crossed paths again and to have the opportunity to work with him.Since listing our property, it confirmed we made the right decision. Kevin and his team have been a great asset. They are very attentive to our questions and concerns. Their recommendations and marketing strategy demonstrate the experiences Kevin has garnered over the years in the San Francisco real estate market. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin to any of my close friends who is looking for a caring and top rated real estate agent.

I’ve worked with Kevin for almost a decade. He has always been energetic, excited, and honest. He patiently worked with me for over a year to find my first home in Noe Valley. Once we found it, he skillfully negotiated with the selling realtor to make sure I was selected against the 15 other offers the seller received. The process was seamless to me, he did everything behind the scenes. That was back in his Climb days. I’ve since had the pleasure of watching him create his brand and grow his team. I’ve recommended his team to multiple friends, who sing nothing but praises. I am now looking for property outside of SF, and I asked Kevin for referrals to agents in our target market. He immediately jumped on the request. In less than a week he personally interviewed multiple agents and made a great recommendation for who I should work with. I’m so happy with Kevin's team that I will be relying on them to manage our property once we leave San Francisco. I highly recommended!

Tim McMullen of Kinoko Real Estate was a pleasure to work with and in a very short and unexpected time, delivered us a home in San Francisco we previously only (and had literally) fantasized about. Tim was initially referred to us by a friend to begin fulfilling our dream of living in San Francisco. After an initial Zoom meeting, he started sending us homes that matched what we were looking for. He was flexible in scheduling our first home tours of the city and took us around town for the day. The first home he showed us in person was almost *exactly* what we were in the market for. To have a real estate agent not only understand exactly what you’re looking for right off the bat, but having him add specific San Francisco knowledge and realistic expectations to your ideals and hopes is priceless. We strapped in for the ride of searching and assumed we would be in home search for months on end, playing the real estate game and getting outbid over and over. This ended up not being the case and in two short months, we not only began our search but closed on a home. We weren’t local at the time, so we would send him potential listings we had seen online to check out for us. To one potential home, his response was, “I would not let you live here.” Not only is he honest, but we always felt like he had our best interests at heart and was genuinely interested in helping us find our dream home in a price we could afford. He was tactful in steering us away from properties that looked too-good-to-be-true or were not really what we wanted. He also referred us to a lender initially that was helpful in explaining our financial options. We ended up not being able to work with him due to the type of home we ended up purchasing, but would have been happy to work with Arjun Dhingra and his team if we were able to. Throughout offers to close, Tim filled in roles that should have been filled by others from our lender to title company. We always felt completely comfortable reaching out to him and he was always very communicative and available for our needs, even when closing took longer than expected and had some twists and turns. Tim is a super down-to-earth guy and really enjoyable to spend time with too. He’s unpretentious, flexible, communicative and always on top of things. He was super trustworthy and spent lots of time reading contracts and TIC agreements to ensure we were getting what we should be. End result: We purchased a TIC in arguably one of the best neighborhoods in San Francisco over a hectic holiday season (even while on an international trip). We love it as much as he said we would and are living the lifestyle we had envisioned. We would not hesitate to refer Tim to our closest family or friends who are looking for a stellar real estate agent in San Francisco that has been ridiculously fun and easy to work with.
