Carren and Jennifer helped us both buy and sell a home, and honestly, they couldn’t be better to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and walked us through everything. They gave great advice but also listened to our ideas and never made us feel pushed in any direction. They know the market, they know how to get a home sold, and they get things done—but they’re also just genuinely nice people to have around. I really enjoyed working with them, I’d happily work with them again in a heartbeat.

I chose Legacysfhomes based on a referral from a friend and when I interviewed them I was impressed with their presentation, knowledge and skills. Throughout the process I was very grateful for their willingness to help me with things I couldn't do as I had moved out of the City. Further I appreciated that fact that they always wanted to know how I was doing. Their no interest loan program helped me get the home ready to show, the staging was great! They guided me through the process and I felt confident in their recommendations. I would recommended them to my friends and others.

I've used Jennifer and Carren to purchase my house 11 years ago.and throughout the process it was a fun exciting adventure. I've also sold a condo thru them and most recently purchased a condo thru them. All in the San Francisco area. I feel that that not only do they listen to what you want but they understand your personality which makes the experience fun and less stressful. They are extremely knowledgeable and compliment each other in both showings as well as when you make offers, reading contracts and recommending outside loan officers etc. They walk you thru the contract process. And explain everything. I Fully recommend them as my agents. I also love that since I hate driving they will pick me up and take me to showings. Love them. Thank you for helping me not only find my house but also a rental condo.

OMG, These professional women are the best! We'd been in contact with them for the right time to sell an investment property with "protected tenants" and held by 4 different family members. It also needed lots of work. They gave us their opinion being respectful that it was our decision to make with regards to selling and doing repairs/updates. We finally decided to list the property and they not only found the contractors to do the work, but they managed the work for us. Their communication was great and they seemed to always be available to chat with any of us about the progress of the project and the sale of the property.
