Been going here for around 5 years for all my dogs and always very happy. We see dr Amy and shes very attentive and helpful. Just recently my senior Newfoundland lost use of his back legs, I unfortunately thought he might be close to the end but she was optimistic the medicine prescribed would help him and now hes running around like a puppy again. Very thankful

Staff is always very kind and caring. Dr Amy is the best and always takes care of our fur kids! All 4 dogs and past pups also have been using them for at least 15 years! Tessa, Shadow, Cubby and Milo all have had great caring treatment!

I went to kindness on a referral from a friend. My cat has chronic kidney infections.I know that he needs antibiotics, and they clear up within days. While the staff was very nice, the doctor did not give him the antibiotics that he needed. And I ended up going to my regular vet in.West palm beach because my cat needed care. I paid over three hundred dollars to not get the care that my cat needed at kindness. This included a urinary test that came back saying that he did not have an infection, yet he was peeing blood. I know that's a sign of his infections because we've had this issue his entire lifetime.I went to my regular vet, and he was cured within days. As I live in PSL now I was really hopeful that I would find a good vet that I could depend on.Unfortunately, i'm still driving to west palm beach for veterinary care for my animals. The doctors at kindness need to learn to listen to their pet parents, we have known our animals much longer than you have for the 10 minutes you saw them. Mind you, this 10 minutes of oncompetence was after my having to wait almost an hour to be seen. And this was not an emergency or a work in visit. I know what my animals need.I have their records. They had their records yet. They would not follow the same procedures that vets had previously to help my cat. They just wanted to make sure he got a rabies shot.Which is really what you need when you're sick. VERY DISSATISFIED and DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

The experience was wonderful. You always go in nervous. Dr. Ryan and the staff had you feel comfortable. They were transparent with everything. Treated Mikey cat with kindness literally. I will bring the rest of our babies to them. You do leave with a sense of knowing you made the right choice going there. To Dr.Ryan and staff Thank you for your time 🌻
