After over 15 years my existing vet failed me - they renovated and hired unexperienced doctors - failing to provide me answers or confidence during their exam of an emergency visit - no diagnosis provided and was told they would reach out to other experts and call me back as her symptoms were "weird". In desperation, I was referred to Kindsbridge Animal Clinic. I called and they told me they were booked but given my pups situation they had me drop her off and Dr. Charlie would look at her in between appointments. They called me just 2 HOURS LATER with a diagnosis that completely made sense and I feel could have only been provided by an experienced vet! She made about an 80% recovery within a week - thank you Dr. Charlie!! I had a follow up a week later where I finally got to meet the doctor and he immediately gave me a hug and gave our dog a full exam again. I immediately felt like this was my new home vet.

I found a sweet doggy on the roadside Monday. The rescue who took him on uses this staff and they took great care and love of my foster, Kong. They were very kind and loving to this sweet old soul, and understood that even though he *could* use a lot of medical intervention, it's better to keep him comfortable and live the last bit of his life not being poked and prodded in a vets office. I know a lot of vets would use him as a cash cow, pushing things that ultimately would still result in the same outcome at his age. If they were closer, I would happily use them for my own personal vet
