I never make these kinds of comments, being in business myself, I understand what this must mean. But now, being at my wit's end... The worst customer service I've ever experienced! Since October 29, 2024, a year and five months later, we're still waiting to receive the missing piece of our sofa, which is currently held together with a block of wood! Nine months later, I did receive one leg, but not the correct one, and since then, we haven't been able to speak to anyone to correct this second mistake! What disappoints me most isn't the errors themselves, but the inability to speak to a person! Texting doesn't work either! Their voicemail must be malfunctioning because they don't return any calls!
