I’ve been coming to this salon for over 6 months and every time the service has been great. I hardly ever make an appointment and I always walk in. Even on Friday afternoons or the weekend I am always greeted and seated almost immediately. I have had services from quite a few techs but my favorites have been Lu, Tommy, and Sydney. Today I saw Sydney and she did a wonderful job. She was extremely courteous and asked me many times if I was comfortable and if I liked what she was doing with my nails. I always get builder gel and French tip and always leave happy with the services. The front desk ladies are very nice and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience.

Oh M Geee!! Linda recommended the best services and did an amazing job getting my feet smooth and nails in tip top shape. She was attentive and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the services. 100/10 recommend and ask for Linda! Helen also did an amazing job on my fill and new design. She was detail oriented and made sure they were symmetrical and identical.

Went in after a friend recommended for an affordable set for good quality. I went asking for Holly but she was unavailable so I ended up taking first available with John. I wanted a new set with this inspo picture. The set I got which was cat eye with some fake pearls added came out to $100 ($56 new set, $5 for “long”, $20 for cat eye, $5 for shape, $15 for pearls) which I thought was pretty steep but my friend told me the nails were quality so committed. Not only did it take over 2 hours for my set but my nails ended up looking super thick. I thought it was maybe the lighting when the polish was getting added that made it look silver but when I stepped into natural light the cat eye we chose looked tin man silver. After getting multiple comments from friends and family that my nails looked thick clunky and overall not good I called the salon back the next day to see if they could fix them since they had a 10 day guarantee. When calling the host was super sweet but told me after talking to the manager they could only file them down to make them less thick and paint the same color. When asked if I could change color to something cheaper like a nude instead of the $20 cat eye that I originally got, she informed me I would have to pay an additional $34. I was not about to dish out to this salon an additional $34 after I already spent over 100 on a bad set. Needless to say I was very disappointed with how this was handled and will not be coming back or recommending. Unfortunately, after hearing about my experience my friend that had recommended this salon was also disappointed and will not be going back or recommending as well.

I’ve been coming here for pedicures for quite some time and have always had a great experience—the staff is consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming. Around Thanksgiving, I stopped in as a walk-in for both a manicure and pedicure and was lucky enough to be paired with Tri for my pedicure. He is truly amazing—meticulous with even the most stubborn nails and such a great conversationalist. I had my very first manicure with Holly, and calling her phenomenal would honestly be an understatement. From the base to the artwork, her work is absolutely flawless. After a full month, I came back thinking it was time for a new set, only to find my nails weren’t lifting, broken, damaged, or even chipped. Five-week retention is INSANE! My fill and new design turned out even better than I imagined. Tri and Holly are truly the dream power duo—talented, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The fact that they’re married just makes it even better! If you’re even considering stopping in, I couldn’t recommend them or the salon more. My pictures truly don’t do them justice!

I kept seeing this place on Tik tok and went to see what the hype was about. Daniel did my mani & only used 1 coat of the cat eye shellac polish on my nails and it was pretty light. It def didn’t look as bright and pretty as the sample up front. As he’s done with my pedi, he gives me the bill and says thank you. Anywhere else I’ve been always takes me to whoever is doing my pedi or at least walks me to the front and lets them know I’m ready for my pedi. I was sat with Linda who trimmed my toe nails, cut the cuticles on every other toe just about and scrubbed my feet for maybe 10-15 seconds. She then paints my toes with 2 coats on all toes, 3 coats and a few and she did NOT know how to do the cat eye effect. Some of my toes were even cut crooked. I tried explaining to her I was not happy. She called Daniel over and he said that’s his sister. She does the best pedis there and can do a good job but most people don’t like her to go in on the cuticles or dry skin. I said that’s what you get a pedi for. Otherwise you can do it yourself at home. He said she doesn’t know how to do cat eye and will do it himself after she redoes my pedi.I went to pay and waited for someone to help me but no one was up front. I had to go look for the girl who was just bullshitting with a coworker. I left to Vegas 2 days later only to have a nail chip each day I was on vacation. Never again will I go back or recommend this place to anyone. Here I am a week later and need a new mani & pedi when I can usually go 3 weeks.
