Great job Emese! . I walked out feeling looser, moving better, and honestly relieved. You can tell they know how athletes’ bodies work. If you train hard and need real recovery, this is the place. 10/10, will definitely be back.

Terrible terrible terrible place to go bad customer service. They do not care for their customers or their clients… Requested a compensation massage by email many times…I had a very weak and awful massage I asked the therapist to go stronger about four times and it was a sad massage…. It’s nothing personal, but the therapist was terrible and when I voiced it to the management, they told me well too bad you can come get a sauna for free, which is absolutely ridiculous. Complete lack of care and I explicitly contacted them via email several times to ask them to at least give me another compensation massage to Account for this horrible massage… And they refused very very bad customer service. I would not recommend this to anyone. That’s not the way to do business business. It should be done by customer and clients needs are always first.

We had an incredible time at L'Absolu on our anniversary trip to Montreal. Great massages, relaxing sauna time, and our first experience with a float pool! (We were really glad we picked the full 60-min float, as it took us a little while to settle in. A really cool experience.) We loved the whole vibe of the spa (slightly quirky, very relaxing, earthy feel), and the tea was delicious. The staff were also amazing. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! We did have a little trouble initially booking our package, as we didn't get a response from their online form or social media messages (and it was hard for us to call internationally), but we're so glad we persisted. Highly recommended!

My husband and I went to Labsoulate Spa for the first time, and it was an excellent experience! The staff is extremely friendly and well-trained, and the service was absolutely amazing. We have tried massages at many places before, but I can confidently say we won’t be going anywhere else from now on. We had our massage with Mikela and her coworker (unfortunately I forgot her name), and both of them were fantastic. The whole experience was relaxing, professional, and beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!

I'm on my 2nd month of Unlimited Sauna so obviously I love this spa. The sauna is very spacious and you can throw water on the rocks which makes it a true experience. Beyond the sauna is also the floating bath which I tried for the first time and it is definitely worth it - it was very calming, better than I imagined. But actually the highlight of this spa is the staff. They are all very friendly and attentive, ensuring I have an amazing experience each visit. Robes and towels are always available and actually a fresh towel is handed to me each time when I come in by one of the staff who I have come to know. Once I left a pair of shorts there and of course it was easy to get in touch with them to sort it out. They even washed them for me which I thought was a super nice gesture! I could not recommend this spa enough as a relaxing escape from your busy day!
