We rented a boat for the family for a fun day on the lake and Lake Alan Henry Boat rentals did not disappoint! Keith was so friendly and very accommodating. Answer all of my questions and was happy to help as this was our first time visiting this lake. The boat was very clean and in awesome condition. I have rented boats before and this was by far one of the better ones. We are ready to plan our next trip here and probably gonna make it a 2 day trip. Highly recommended!
We had an amazing experience renting a boat from this company! It was a quick hour drive from Lubbock, and completely worth it. Keith was absolutely fantastic—extremely thorough from start to finish, making sure we were fully prepared and comfortable before heading out. He was also incredibly responsive, answering all our questions promptly and professionally. The boat itself was spotless, clearly well-maintained, and ran perfectly throughout the day. You can tell this team takes great pride in their service and equipment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free day on the water!
My boyfriend and I were driving home to Dallas from Lubbock, and happened to get a flat tire about a mile away from this boat rental company. We were unable to get roadside assistance to come out, so on a whim we called to see if they had any supplies to help us change the tire. Keith answered and did not hesitate to offer his assistance. Kelly was able to change our tire out within 15 minutes. It’s refreshing to see that there are people out there that are willing to help others out of the goodness of their hearts. Both my boyfriend and I are so grateful to Keith and Kelly, and will never forget this act of kindness. If we lived closer, we would not hesitate to rent from them!
We rented a boat for a work incentive and the guy (Keith) who runs this boat rental company was the definition of great customer service. Answered all my questions, answered every phone call, followed up with me the day before, and walked me through where everything was located on the boat. We even added an extra person the day of and it was no problem. Lake Alan Henry Boat Rental was a pleasure to go through and I would 100% recommend them!
Beautiful and clean lake. Kieth (boat owner) is so friendly and gave us a review on the boat before handing it over. Price of the boat was the best price we’ve ran into. Boat drove smooth and was really nice. Family had a blast. Will def. Be back and renting!
