This was my first appointment. It was for the purpose of determining if there is a possible course of action to reduce hair loss. Dr. Silva provided excellent explanation and advice. I am very pleased with the professionalism and service of this clinic.

Dianne Norton is excellent, thorough, and a pleasure to be around. She has done Fraxel 3 times over the years and while the treatment is a bit uncomfortable I look forward to seeing her.

The PA I’ve been working with, Megan, has been absolutely amazing, and the entire staff here is just as wonderful. They always greet you so kindly, and Megan is incredibly sweet. She’s been helping me with my VBEAM treatments, and I truly couldn’t appreciate her more.

Dr. Chozten is great. I can go literal years without seeing her, and she will still remember me, including my medical history with the clinic. Additionally, she was the reason that I finally went to a doctor for a tumor I had in my face. One day, I came in to get dermal fillers, and she noticed a tumor in my face. I hate going to the doctor's, so I was dismissive of the tumor. Dr. Chozten told me that it was important that I went to the doctor and got it checked out. I took her advice, and it turned out that my attending surgeon said it had a 10% chance of being cancer. Luckily, I had it removed, and everything turned out fine. However, I'll always credit Dr. Chozten for identifying a possibly cancerous tumor in my face.

I was very disappointed in this place. They called me earlier in the day to ask if I could move up my appointment since there were open slots before me. I declined because I am from out of town and had to work. Travel time was much less than anticipated, so when I arrived, I called and asked if they still had open slots, thinking it would be easy; instead, the girl was put-out; if she didn't want to move me up she should have said so instead of treating me that way. When I went in, all paperwork was sent to my phone without asking me if that was ok (and when I left, a link for payment for a possible prescription was sent to my phone). When Fitzgerald entered the room and saw me, I could tell by her face that she immediately dismissed me; I know I don't have horrible skin issues, but this place also deals with cosmetic issues; I should not have been a surprise. Fitzgerald was rude, curt, and dismissive the whole (short) consultation. She explained only one option, and when I asked probing questions about it, she was visibly irritated. She not-so-subtly told me to do my own research, as if asking the professional who would do the treatment wasn't part of that. If I decide to do treatments here, it will definitely not be with her. The only good thing about the experience was the aide, who was courteous, helpful, and friendly; she happily answered any questions I had for her, gave her opinion when sought after, and brought me pamphlets she thought I should have.
