Nurse Judy was kind, with excellent customer service skills. Sandy the receptionist was very knowledgeable of the services and kept a snails on her face., Amir was knowledgeable, jolly and a people person. Everyone had excellent customer service skills!

Annie at LaserAway Castro is amazing! She does such a great job with my lip injections. She is super detailed and always makes me feel comfortable. She really listens to what I want and delivers every time. 💉💋 I love coming here because everyone at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. Walter radiates good energy! Had such a great experience at LaserAway Castro! Annie absolutely killed it with my CoolSculpting treatment - she was super knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable the whole time, and really knew what she was doing. The results speak for themselves! The front desk staff was also on point. Everyone was professional and friendly, which always makes a difference. No complaints whatsoever. If you're thinking about CoolSculpting in the Castro area, definitely check this place out. 10/10 would recommend!
