I was incredibly cautious of getting Laser Hair Removal done as I had already gone to two other clinics and was not happy with my results. However, Lady was the best treatment specialist! She found me a plan that was perfect for me. She addressed all my concerns and made sure I understood the pricing and treatment plans thoroughly. She was so friendly and sweet, it made it feel like we've known each other for so long! If you're interested in receiving services from LaserAway, I would definitely contact Lady.

This was my first time coming to this location and I had a disappointing experience here. I am giving two stars only because the first nurse who worked on my bikini area spent about fifteen minutes and did a great job. After that, the rest of my full body session felt extremely rushed. The nurse barely scanned my body and finished everything in less than forty five minutes. She did not draw any lines and it felt like she missed a lot of areas. I have had multiple sessions before and the nurses were always careful and thorough, so this was very different from what I’m used to. What made it worse is that the nurse told me she was going to use the remaining time to laser her own legs, even though they are not supposed to do that. It explained why she rushed through my treatment, but it was still very unprofessional. I called this LaserAway location to report what happened because the sessions are expensive and I felt like mine was wasted. They told me the director would call me, but I never received a follow up. It feels unfair to pay so much money only to be rushed through an appointment so the nurse can use the machine on herself. Update 12/12:25: I emailed a couple days ago per the response I received on my review but have not received a response or call.

From the moment I walked in, my experience was amazing. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. Nurse Monica was especially wonderful — pleasant, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all my questions. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and easy. I truly felt taken care of, and I’m so glad I chose this location. I highly recommend the Midtown LaserAway team!

I had such a great experience at LaserAway Midtown Sacramento! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely welcome and comfortable. Peggy, the location director, was so kind and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I understood every step of the process. Nurse Nataliya was absolutely amazing during my consultation. She was super knowledgeable, gentle, and personable. She took the time to explain all my options in detail and made me feel confident about my treatment plan. I also want to give a special shout-out to Zhaleh, who was so friendly and helpful at the front desk. She made check-in and scheduling quick and easy, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole team made my visit such a positive experience. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. I left feeling informed and excited to start my treatments. I came in for lip filler this isn't my usual laseraway I normally go to. I was a little nervous already because lip filler is not my favorite its kinda painful . The location its self was very inviting it had a warm atmosphere amd very clean. I was greeted as soon as I entered by the pretty girl behind the counter I believe her name was Peggy she is amazing made me feel welcomed which calmed my nerves a little. I was checked in then walked to a room to start the numbing process very quickly. I hardly had time to sit down in the waiting room ( Im not complaining haha) After 30 minutes (to let me get nice and numb) Ethenna my nurse came in and we spoke brefly about what I was looking to achieve today with the filler. Then she got everything set up and ready she was very nice and put me at ease instantly. Telling me to take deep breaths in and out through the injections she was also patient with as I get a little woozie sometimes and needed to stop drinking a little juice. She brought it in for me when she head I almost past out the previous time. Which was super sweet of her. The whole thing didnt take long at all. When she was done she held up a mirror for me. I was very happy my lips looked amazing swollen but beautiful. She is amazing surprisingly it didnt hurt as bad as the first time and the bruising is minimal which makes me happy too I would highly recommend this location the staff is very nice and genuinely care about the client and the well being.
