Legacy Property Management, The Dreaded Dystopian Rental Management Firm from your Worst Nightmares where your Dream Home is being Held Hostage like a Pawn on the Chessboard of Hell by The Middle Man disguised as well meaning professionals whose hands are tied by a system that regretfully ignores the individual in favor of Mere Numbers to enter into A System that is Beyond Their Control. I believe that Problems are a Normal Part of any System, It's how they are Managed that makes all the Difference. Thanks for allowing me to slip through all the cracks a system like yours was inherently designed to fail people like myself.

Put in a free work orders on the home I am renting and definitely can say it was refreshing at how fast and responsive they were in fixing my issues. Scott who was the person that came in was absolutely amazing and personable. We went through each little problem I had and what my issues were. He was able to fix everything with in a more than sufficient time and definitely made me confident in his work. Definitely hope if I have another issue, I get Scott to fix or repair my issues.

Scott today was absolutely fantastic making our garage door work in a snap and the side gate to the backyard too. 1. He cut away dragging portion of the gate. 2. Replaced the bent latch with new one with a great care to align so it naturally closes. 3. Placed slick metal pull loop instead of makeshift sticky phone cord. Now, it works fantastic with no special attention. Anyway we close the gate, it closes securely. Thank you Scott! ~Sukhee

The entire team at RPM Sac are always extremely responsive! However, Jennifer does a wonderful job communicating, following up, and checking in to make sure that orders and tickets submitted have been completed. I truly appreciate the attentiveness they show to their tenants. I’m also not a new tenant, I’ve been with RPM for nearly 10 years and they have never disappointed me. They have a whole team of professionals, including Scott and Joanne, who are both also always a pleasure to work with as well!
