Shay is a superstar! I’m in the customer service industry and I notice these types of interactions. Every time a customer walked through the door, no matter which area of the store Shay was in, she would greet them right away, welcoming them in. Shay also did a fantastic job helping me decide on my next move with my prescription once I was done with the doctor. She was very personable and provided all the information I needed to make my decision. You all are lucky to have an employee like Shay!!

My LensCrafters experience was outstanding. Associate, Essie, went the extra mile to find a creative solution when my preferred frames weren't compatible with my prescription lenses. She found a slightly larger frame in the same style that I loved even more. If you visit the store, ask for Essie, she's incredibly helpful.

Andrea is amazing! She was kind, polite and patient as i couldn't remember my insurance but she graciously looked it up for me multiple times to figure it out. Bernard has built a great team, and I drive out of my way to come to this office. Great selection of glasses too!

I came here because I needed to get prescription meta lens for my glasses. I kept trying different Sunglass Hut where I purchased my glasses to help me but never with any luck. So the last Sunglass Hut I visited told me to goto Len Crafters. I was so happy to have someone finally be able to help me. The staff were really knowledgeable and showed me many different assorted lens colors for me choose from. The best part is that I get to keep my present lenses while I wait for my prescription lenses.

TL;DR: Rude, dismissive service. Staff made it clear I wasn’t welcome unless I was spending money. Avoid this location for Ray-Ban support. I went to the LensCrafters in Oakland for a warranty replacement on my Ray-Ban smart glasses. The male staff member asked why I was there, but his tone was cold and unwelcoming. After I explained, he immediately said, “go sit over there,” without any courtesy—just flat, direct instructions like he wanted me out of the way. Once I got the new frame, I asked if we could test whether the charging issue was resolved and if it would connect to my phone. He pointed at the door and told me to go home and charge it myself. No attempt to confirm the issue was fixed. The entire experience felt like I was being pushed out of the store. If you’re not there to spend more money, don’t expect basic customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this store and it left me disappointed with Ray-Ban’s support overall.
