On Christmas Eve, I found out that my aunt had been hospitalized. The florist I called first thing in the morning promised they could deliver flowers that day. At 2:45 p.m., I received an email saying they couldn’t fulfill my order. I frantically called Leone Florist, catching Ron Leone right before he left for the day. He worked with me to have a small Christmas tree with a cardinal on top delivered in time for Christmas, going so far as to drop it off at the hospital on his way home. The Christmas tree meant the world to my aunt. The cardinal is her favorite bird, and it cheered her during a very difficult time. I will use Leone Florist for all my flowers in the future. Ron’s kindness was priceless.

Stay away from this florist! The flowers that were paid for and promised were not provided. The arrangement was an embarrassment. The flowers also arrived very wilted. Arrangements from other florists had typed cards. Our card was illegible and looked like it was written by a 2 year old. The owner is also very rude and incompetent.

I called 5 days ahead to order a specific color $50 bouquet of flowers for a friend’s graduation. Her event was in the morning so I said I needed to pick up at 9am. The person running the shop didn’t get in until 9:15 blaming traffic. Okay, things like that happen to the best of us. When I said my name on the order they replied that it hadn’t been made yet. Then why did I order ahead? The person hastily put it together, using the only type of blue flower in the shop and white daisies. I ran out the door to just make her ceremony. That’s when I looked at the flowers and was again disappointed. It did not look like $50 worth of flowers. My friend was thrilled to recieve flowers and in the end that is all that matters, but I wouldn’t return to this shop given the choice.

I was so impressed by the florist's dedication! The day after a terrible storm, they still managed to deliver a beautiful flower arrangement. The driver faced significant obstacles, navigating non-working traffic lights and fallen trees. On my street, he even had to park further down and climb over fallen trees, carrying the arrangement, just to get it to me. Dude is a delivery Olympian!
