This company told me the flowers would be delivered before 5pm before my wife left work. They were delivered at 5:45 after she left. I would not have purchased them if I knew they wouldn't be there on time. They said there was no note in the system for 5pm delivery, which I specifically asked for.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Very professional, quick delivery too! I was very surprised the bouquet I bought actually looked like the pictures. The price is well worth it. I will forever use this company

Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday this week. Not from the area, did an online order. Read the reviews and decided on Lex&Rose's. An absolutely beautiful bouquet was delivered with a photo confirmation. Thank You. Would definitely do business again with this florist.

UPDATE!!! See below of initial review. I was offered a new set of the blue and white rose because of my dissatisfaction from my Mother’s Day order. I wanted the new order for my bday. I was promised “bigger” and “fresh” bouquet. I agreed. I had to remind them of this promise because they indicated I would only be getting 25 roses, they agreed I would receive 36 roses. See new photos. The blue roses on the outer edge of the bouquet ( the additional 10 roses that were promised to me) were DIY acrylic spray painted red roses instead of the vibrant blue flowers that were in the middle of my bouquet, the ones they actually sell and advertise. I could smell the toxic fumes coming off of the flowers, I couldn’t imagine putting those flowers in the car with me and my 2 year old son. I could feel the difference of the two versions of blue flowers but you could also see the red poking through the DIY blue flowers. This store seems to always be looking for a short cut or work around instead of being honest with their customers. I declined the flowers, I also notified whoever I was texting that I declined them and sent pics. I never received a response. Totally wasted my time, once again! Initial review- Mothers Day Flowers (The first picture is what I asked for, second picture is what I got) I ordered this arrangement a week in advance of the pick up date. When I arrived to pick up the flowers they were not ready for pick up, I was told the red roses were out of stock and that the “greenery” was out of stock as well. I was given an option to pick two flowers to replace the missing flowers. I told two different ppl what I wanted in place of what they no longer had and said I would be back. I came back an hour later and I was greeted with “your back already?” I then waiting 30 minutes for the flowers to be arranged and prepared after 30 minutes I just found it so disrespectful to be so unorganized and so inconvenient to be unprioritized as a customer. The arrangement only had one of the flowers I asked for and they did not make it worth my wile for the inconvenience. They also handed me the wrong flower arrangement ( I have one order but bought two very different flower arrangements one a box of flowers and a bouquet of flowers) I had a blue and white bouquet and I was given an all blue bouquet and watched as one of the ladies squished the flowers with her chest as she spoke to me before handing them to me. I later realized they weren’t mine and told a different lady and she was confused why they weren’t mine. When I came there I had my order number and also purchased a vase, this vase shattered when I arrived home. They were very unorganized, not accommodating and I’m not happy with the the flower arrangement they made to replace the one that they falsely advertised.

Long stem white roses 10/10. Customer service 10/10. Delivery 10/10. The roses were stunning. Shipping was incredibly fast. Customer service was so easy and they were actual people you talk to; I had to change my delivery address the morning of (literally like an hour before they got delivered) and they made it no big deal. The ONLY thing I will say is that the roses were so beautiful on their own, that I do not recommend the glitter. It took away from the elegance of them, but the roses were so beautiful and perfectly bloomed that they were hard to ruin. I would order from Lex&Roses again, but without the glitter.
