This my my 3rd time ⏲️ visiting Québec City 34 years old from Ottawa. I must say I was not impressed with the customer service representatives no books available in English for students at 🏫. It felt like the library was cold and quiet located in Saint Roch. I had a very similar experience with 📕 📘 stores in Loretteville as well as in Limoulou.

Good library, where you can sit down, grab a bite and read your new acquisition. I just wish they would have a bigger selection of books in store. Also, they I dont like the fact that their books on sale section on the second floor of the shop, that if you dont know it's there you will miss it.
