I wanted to share my recent experience with Limoilou vets. I was devastated when my beloved male cat passed on March 8. His name is Monkey and he lived till 15 years. My husband reached out the old Limoilou veterinary clinic to ask about the options for cremation. The next day we brought my baby to them and they were very respectful to take us into a private room to explain the procedure and handled the package with care. After lots of tears while we said our final goodbyes to him we left. Yesterday I received a thoughtful card from them with their signatures and a tiny keepsake card with his paw print. Excellent care and support from all veterinary staff. The veterinarians, vet technicians and front desk staff all work very well together as a team to offer the most caring and compassionate service. Never have I received “one on one” communication from the veterinarians themselves when my pet was in need like the veterinarians at this clinic. Even when I was out of the country, they were always ready to help me and my dog out. They really care, work hard and do their best to offer the best in health care to our pets. In addition, my French is poor, and they always try their best to communicate with me in English. A+! Highly recommended.

Dr. Labbé and Dre. Gosselin along with the staff have a great passion for animals. It reflects in the way they treat our loved pets as well as in the patience and care they show to us humans. I took my dog twice for urgent surgery, and in both occasions they went out of their way to care and do everything possible to heal and save Ruben, my crazy dog who loves to eat toys! When I go for follow up appointments, the staff remembers Ruben and they truly show how much they love animals. I am so grateful to have found this clinic!
